Please excuse me for being a day late with this one, I’ve just come back from a wee holiday in Scotland and though it was a slightly work-related holiday, I really just wanted to soak it all in and enjoy it. I can’t tell you how much better I feel for it! If you need a break, please take one, even if it’s just an evening. I have so much to share from that trip, but for now please enjoy this cosy meal plan filled with lots of autumnal warmers.
In this meal plan I’ve also included dietary swaps to give you ideas for how to make the recipes in this meal plan gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan!
