If you follow me on Instagram or TikTok then you’ll know I’ve mean sharing easy and affordable recipes as part of a student series. So this week I’m bringing a similar vibe to the meal plan. I’ll be using a couple of recipes from the series as well as a couple from my cookbook. These recipes use a lot of store cupboard and freezer staples, and are all fairly quick and easy to make, perfect for dinner after a long day of lectures, or to make in advance and take for lunch.
Of course I’m sure it goes without saying that you don’t have to be a student to enjoy these recipes- so I hope you do enjoy them!
I’ve also included dietary swaps to give you ideas for how to make the recipes in this meal plan gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan!
The aim of this newsletter is to ensure you’re getting maximum variety in your food, without the stress or hassle of a million pots and pans, or endless leftovers taking over your fridge. Please note that you do need my cookbook in order to use these meal plans as lots of the recipes are from the book!
I hope you love it and find it helpful, and if you haven’t upgraded your subscription yet, then you can do so for just £4 a month!
